These are individually painted and signed hats, they come in a 2", 3", and 4" patch that can be custom made and placed on the hat of your choice with the state or patch of your choice.

As each hat is individually painted I consider them pieces of art and as such should be treated with care in situations of moisture. I have worn mine in the snow, rain, and hail but materials can be sensitive to water. Return policy is that the product can be returned in the origional condition it was shipped, each product is photographed before being sent out and it is catagorized.
